After learning about the raising anxiety levels in teens, I wanted to design a tool students can use to destess.
Using the information from the infographic above, I designed a mindfulness journal where students can explore their feelings and take time off of social media.
This journal helps students to reflect, destress, and take time off their phones. The self love club journal promotes self growth and finding inner peace without the pressures of social media.
The journal includes 22 pages of reflection and a secondary cover with information on the impacts of social media on teens/college students.
