Create an app prototype that will benefit others.
Big Idea
An app that informs the public where they can donate food, clothes, blood, and furniture. The app solves the issue of people throwing out items in which others could benefit from. Philanthro makes donating easy. When a location is inputed each charity in the area pops up with directions, what they accept, and their purpose.
Behind The Design
With Philanthro there is an option to keep track of what was donated for tax reasons as well as a section for items that you are planning to donate. The app contains a feature in which you can take a picture of the item you are looking to donate and it will tell you which locations near you will accept it.
The features on this app include: donate, map, learn, and photo submit.
